Delivery & Shipping
- 1. Our current sales service area is limited to Melbourne metro and surrounding regions including Geelong.
- 2. For small-batch buyers and long-term partners, please collect your orders from our warehouse located at 2/21–23 Levanswell Road, Moorabbin VIC 3189.
- 3. Free delivery is available for orders of 12 panels and above within Melbourne metro (within approximately 35 km of our Moorabbin warehouse), and 18 panels and above for Geelong and surrounding areas of Melbourne (within approximately 35–100 km of our Moorabbin warehouse). Delivery lead time: 5 to 14 working days.
- 4. Out-of-stock items will take 10 weeks for delivery. Alternatively, you may choose in-stock products, and we will confirm the delivery schedule separately.
- 5. If your order does not meet the free delivery threshold, we recommend collecting your order from our Moorabbin warehouse. Pickup is available within 2–4 business days after order confirmation. If you still require door-to-door delivery, we will calculate the applicable local delivery fee based on your order quantity and delivery location.
- Melbourne metro (within approximately 35 km of Moorabbin warehouse):
- * 1–5 panels: $120 delivery fee
- * 6–11 panels: $80 delivery fee
- Geelong and surrounding areas of Melbourne (approximately 35–100 km from Moorabbin warehouse):
- * 1–8 panels: $150 delivery fee
- * 9–17 panels: $100 delivery fee
- 6. By placing an order, you agree to accept the goods upon delivery. Please notify us in advance if you are unable to receive the goods on the scheduled delivery date.
- 7. Delivery is only applicable to properties with safe and reasonable vehicle access. For apartments, multi-storey buildings or properties with restricted access, additional handling assistance shall be arranged by the customer.
- 8. Full responsibility for the goods shall rest with the customer once delivery is completed.
- 9. Any failed delivery caused by incorrect delivery address or absence upon arrival, as well as redelivery, will incur additional charges, which shall be borne in full by the customer.
- Warning: Do not schedule installers before you receive your panels. We cannot guarantee specific shipping times and we can't be held liable if there are delays.
- Note: We may not be able to ship to some remote/isolated locations. In that case, you have the option to collect your order at the Moorabbin warehouse.
