Order Process

1. The merchant submits a purchase order.

2. After receiving your order, we will review the order details and confirm the applicable delivery charges based on your delivery address and the total volume of wall panels ordered.

3. Once the order details and delivery arrangements have been confirmed, we will proceed with payment and order confirmation according to the payment method selected.

Payment Options

Online Payment

If you choose to pay online, the order total displayed at checkout will include the applicable delivery charges based on the delivery information provided.

Your order will be confirmed once the online payment has been successfully completed and verified.

Bank Transfer

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will provide a tax invoice with the applicable product and delivery charges.

Please note that the delivery cost may be subject to adjustment if the final delivery requirements differ from the initial calculation.

After completing the bank transfer, please email us your payment receipt as proof of payment.

When making a bank transfer, please also confirm whether you would like to:

Pick up your order from our warehouse; or

Have your order delivered to a specific address.

If you have any special delivery requirements, or if the final delivery cost differs from the amount shown on the initial invoice, we may contact you and issue an amended invoice before proceeding with your order.

Final Invoice Details

Where applicable, the tax invoice provided by email will include:

1. Official company bank account details for bank transfer payments;

2. Total product subtotal;

3. Applicable delivery and freight charges;

4. Total amount payable.

Payment & Dispatch Arrangement

Your order will be officially confirmed once full payment has been successfully received and verified.

Once payment has been confirmed, we will arrange stock preparation and proceed with the agreed delivery or warehouse pickup arrangements.
